Hence our message to the creators is think VFX, Imagine Reality.
OUR TOOLBOX
Visual Effects
A process by which visuals - graphics - images are created or manipulated to create live-action shots. It’s a tool to create realistic imagery, popularly known as VFX.
Colour Grading
Process of improving the appearance of an image for presentation by using various attributes like contrast, saturation, and details for motion pictures or video.
Rotoscopy
Rotoscoping is the technique of manually creating a matte for an element on a live-action plate so it may be composited over another background.
Paint/Cleanup
Paint/Cleanup is rig removal tasks, painting out markers, wires, and rigging before the shot can move along the pipeline. High-level quality control and a keen eye for repair work are necessary, as the work must be invisible.
Compositing
The process or technique of combining visual elements from separate sources into single images, often to create the illusion that all those elements are parts of the same scene. Matchmove artists match computer-generated (CG) scenes with shots from live-action footage so the two can be convincingly combined. They recreate live-action backgrounds (plates) on a computer in a way that mirrors the camera on the set in every way, including lens distortion.
Matte Painting
It is a painted representation of a landscape, set, or distant location that allows filmmakers to create the illusion of an environment that is not present at the filming location.
